DGA is recruiting on behalf of an established brokerage client in the Hamilton area.
The client is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to service a growing portfolio and support the continued growth of its commercial business.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day servicing and client relationships for a portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Handle renewals, policy changes, certificates, and other account-service needs.
- Work with producers and the existing service team to provide responsive client support.
- Help maintain accurate account information in the brokerage management system.
Qualifications
- At least
- 2–3 years of commercial insurance experience within a P&C brokerage environment
- RIBO licence, in good standing is a must
- Experience with commercial realty, manufacturing, contractor, or fleet accounts is an asset.
- Familiarity with
Applied Epic is preferred.
- Strong client-service, organizational, and communication skills.
Compensation
Target range of
$60,000–$80,000 , depending on experience; more experienced candidates may be considered at a higher level.
