Dexterra Group is seeking a Plant and Operations Manager to lead maintenance operations, guide staff, and ensure safety and quality at a state-of-the-art facility in Toronto.
You will drive efficiency, manage parts, sourcing, costing, and client engagement, and step in for the General Manager as needed.
You will oversee CMMS, develop maintenance strategies, recruit and train technical staff, monitor budgets, and report on KPIs and trends to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
