What's The Role
Behind every successful finance and operations function is a strong systems foundation that keeps information flowing, processes running and decisions moving forward.
What You'll Do
- Administer and support Net Suite, One Stream and other core financial applications used across the organization.
- Serve as a trusted systems partner to Finance and Operations teams, providing user support, troubleshooting and guidance.
- Manage system configurations, security access, testing, upgrades and ongoing application performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, improve business processes and implement system enhancements.
- Support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and operational planning through effective application management.
- Maintain system documentation, controls and governance requirements.
- Participate in financial systems projects, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities to leverage automation and AI.

- WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience supporting and administering enterprise business applications.
- Proven experience with Net Suite and strong knowledge of ERP administration, configuration and user support.
- Experience with One Stream or similar financial planning, consolidation or performance management platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial and operational business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders, gather requirements and deliver practical system solutions.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, integrations or financial data management is considered an asset.
- Exposure to automation, AI or digital transformation initiatives is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business or a related field.
