Food preparation and customer service define this Food Services Associate Cook role with Dexterra Signature Dining. Attention to detail supports each service station.
Reporting to the Chef Manager, you will complete varied customer service tasks within food services. The position includes preparing items, maintaining service speed, and supporting exceptional culinary experiences. You will also follow food safety, health, and workplace procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare items for an assigned service station
- Use knives, ovens, supplies, and equipment properly
- Record time temperature sensitive food items
- Clean kitchens, dining areas, dishes, and cutlery
- Answer customer questions and direct concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- One to two years hospitality or food service experience
- Food Safety certification
- WHMIS test completion
- Great customer service and professional punctuality
- Availability Monday through Sunday, 8am to 8pm
