Post-secondary education in Business Commerce or Civil Engineering Construction technology college diploma accepted Minimum ten years of related construction experience Experience securing municipal permits for large commercial projects Willingness to travel approximately sixty percent in the field Lead IFM construction projects through scheduling, safety, subcontractor coordination, and quality-focused site operations across varied locations.
