Design learning strategies in Toronto as a Learning Solutions Architect, using needs analysis and stakeholder management in a hybrid, four-days-onsite setting. This 13-plus-month assignment supports Branch Banking colleague capabilities and reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Solutions Architect. You will create learning solutions, roadmaps, and rollout plans while applying performance consulting, project management, change management, and communication skills. The assignment may be extended or converted.
Key Responsibilities:
