EmergencyRoom Nurses provide critical care to patients in emergency situations. Theyassess patients, administer medications, and collaborate with healthcare teamsto deliver prompt treatment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessmentsand triage patients based on severity.
- Administer medications andtreatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs andpatient conditions continuously.
- Collaborate with physiciansand other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients andfamilies about care plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance withsafety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing(BSN) or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Current nursing license (RN)in the relevant province/state.
- Certification in Basic LifeSupport (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong critical thinking and decision-makingskills.
