As Principal Advisor, Digital Innovation and Transformation, you will define and structure the digital vision for GBRS services. You will translate business and customer needs into scenarios, prototypes, journeys, and recommendations. The work supports digital adoption, Channel Shift, and evolving member, client, and partner services. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Figma prototypes across web and mobile services Maintain current and future GBRS service representations Identify opportunities for innovation, simplification, and digital adoption Facilitate co-creation and innovation workshops Present digital vision through demonstrations and journeys Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Minimum six years in digital transformation or related fields Experience translating needs into digital recommendations Strong Figma, prototyping, and journey mapping proficiency Fluency in French and English, orally and in writing Bring influential leadership, advanced prototyping, and strategic communication to Desjardins GBRS digital transformation initiatives.
