As an Operations Support Agent, you will complete operational and administrative activities supporting Desjardins Group entities. Your work includes scanning records, managing documents, processing transaction notices, and entering system data. You will also liaise with Shared Services Centre, Online Business Centre, and AccèsD Client Contact Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scan and file electronic and physical records according to procedures
- Process address changes, account messages, cheque orders, and confirmations
- Enter, confirm, and save data in the system
- Follow up with members and clients as needed
- Maintain deadlines, quality standards, and secure transaction practices
Requirements:
- High school diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Drive results and demonstrate situational adaptability
- Other qualification and experience combinations may be considered
