Responsibilities
- Support members and clients by telling them existing applications and technological tools that can help them do transactions and operations on their own.
- Welcoming members and customers warmly and courteously, quickly ascertains members' and customers' needs in order to direct them to individuals who can assist them or to alternative distribution channels.
- Contribute to business development and maintain business relationships through service delivery and activities.
- Assist members and clients who have encountered fraud or irregularities, and ensure that they are referred to the appropriate partners.
- Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members.
