The Business Consultant supports spas, salons, medspas, and medical aesthetic physician offices. You will guide Professional Skin Therapists, estheticians, nurses, dermatology teams, and physicians. The work combines account development, clinical skincare knowledge, education, merchandising, and consultative selling across retail and treatment environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive territory sales through strategic routing and account planning
- Develop relationships across spa, salon, medspa, and physician accounts
- Generate leads and convert qualified professional skincare prospects
- Deliver training, merchandising, launches, and marketing activations
- Coordinate education events, trade shows, and brand experiences
Requirements:
- Two or more years of B2B field sales experience
- Understanding of spas, salons, medspas, and medical aesthetic offices
- Knowledge of clinical skincare and post-procedure protocols
- Strong presentation, communication, and consultative sales skills
- Valid license, reliable vehicle, MS Office, CRM, and local travel ability
