Lead daily dental practice operations at Dentalcorp, using operational planning and team leadership to strengthen productivity and patient growth. This full-time schedule runs Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.
As Practice Manager, you will guide business operations, compliance, patient safety, and team performance. The position requires three to five years of experience as a Dental Practice Lead or Dental Practice Manager. You will also apply budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, payroll, and people-management experience while supporting practice objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute plans improving daily practice operations
- Review business indicators and coach teams toward improvement
- Manage compliance programs and provincial health standards
- Lead recruitment, motivation, productivity, and patient retention
- Oversee staffing costs, payroll administration, and accounts receivable
Requirements:
- University or college diploma in business or office administration
- Three to five years managing or leading dental practices
- Supervisory experience in scheduling, finances, inventory, and people management
- Strong business acumen with budgeting and forecasting experience
- Dental software and Microsoft Office experience preferred
