Drive regional dental marketing growth from Dentalcorp's Toronto Support Centre, using business insight, market intelligence, and performance data. Work onsite Monday through Thursday, with Fridays working from home.
As Manager, Regional Marketing, you will manage a portfolio of dental practices and improve marketing effectiveness. Partner with Operations, practice leaders, and Support Centre teams while applying analytical, communication, and project management skills. Your work supports patient acquisition, retention, and business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage regional practice portfolios using data and market insights
- Develop practice-level marketing plans with Operations and leaders
- Recommend patient acquisition, retention, budgets, and marketing spend
- Lead initiatives for mergers, acquisitions, relocations, and new builds
- Establish performance reviews, growth planning, and opportunity activation
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
- Five to seven years of progressive B2C marketing experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and manage priorities
