The position coordinates in-house design, architecture, engineering, and construction teams while managing scope, cost, schedule, and project execution. Manage projects from planning through commissioning Develop scope, budgets, schedules, and critical path elements Coordinate client, design, engineering, and construction communications Manage permits, codes, procurement, contracts, and change orders Oversee installations, commissioning, punch-list inspections, and close-out Requirements:
Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering Four to seven years in design-build or general contracting Four to seven years managing industrial MEP construction projects Proficiency with scheduling, estimating, and construction safety Availability for at least 50% overnight travel Apply project leadership, construction expertise, and client coordination skills to Dennis Group food and beverage facilities.
