Reporting to the Director, Acquisitions & Integrations, you will manage clinic operations through post-close integration and hypercare. You will guide teams toward HearingLife policies, procedures, and the mission of helping more people hear better. The position combines team development, client focus, and operational transition. Key Responsibilities:
Lead acquired clinics through post-close integration and hypercare Review due diligence findings and address operational differences Drive sales performance through schedules and KPI analysis Coach, mentor, recruit, and develop clinic teams Ensure exceptional client service across clinics Requirements:
Relevant university or college degree Minimum seven years in hearing healthcare Registered and licensed hearing healthcare dispenser experience Five-plus years leading dispersed clinical teams Acquisition experience and strong communication skills Apply operational leadership, integration knowledge, sales strategy, and team coaching to support HearingLife Canada clinics.
