Delpath is supporting a large Canadian Bank seeking a contractor for the Group Treasury Central Office. As Project Control Officer, you will support two to three projects across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout. Your work will connect Business, Technology, Finance, and project stakeholders across the Liquidity Cash Management Treasury Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate governance meetings, agendas, minutes, actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain budgets, forecasts, accruals, invoices, actuals, and reconciliations
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives
- Maintain plans, RAID logs, reports, and records in CA PPM/Clarity
- Escalate items requiring attention to Project Managers or DPMO
Requirements:
- Five-plus years supporting multiple projects as a Project Control Officer
- Knowledge of project methodologies, governance, CA PPM/Clarity, and PeopleSoft
- Experience with project financials, variance analysis, and reconciliation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
- Strong coordination, governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
