Oversee Deliverect’s highest-complexity implementations across North and Latin America, combining technical program leadership with API and integration expertise. This customer delivery leadership role connects enterprise executives, POS and delivery partners, and internal teams. You will build predictable go-lives, resolve technical blockers, and provide transparent delivery health reporting. The full-time position follows a hybrid schedule with three office days and two home days. Key Responsibilities:
Own high-visibility implementations through stabilization Bridge technical and operational gaps across partners Establish repeatable regional onboarding motions Lead final escalations for stalled integrations Report forecasts, risks, and delivery health Requirements:
4+ years of implementation, services, or program management Restaurant, food delivery, or hospitality technology experience Program governance and C-suite stakeholder experience Excellent English communication skills Willingness to travel across the Americas Drive predictable enterprise go-lives as Deliverect’s Americas implementation leader, connecting technical teams, partners, and executive customers.
