This full-time Level 2.5 AI Support Analyst provides front-line support across the firm's AI portfolio. The position resolves common and intermediate issues, escalates complex engineering matters, and captures every interaction consistently. Familiarity with M365, ticketing tools, knowledge platforms, and AI products supports the work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer user questions through tickets, channels, email, and direct queries
- Document queries and resolutions for knowledge-base development
- Resolve common and intermediate issues at first contact
- Escalate complex engineering issues with complete context
- Assist engineering and QA teams by reproducing issues and validating fixes
Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise technical, service desk, or application support
- Familiarity with M365 and strong interest in AI products
- Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
- Strong verbal, written, and end-user communication skills
- Experience reading and writing technical documentation
