Develop and execute enterprise IDEA strategy and implementation roadmaps Embed inclusion across HR processes, leadership, and business operations Consult Employee Groups on policies, transformations, and employee initiatives Lead IDEAAC agendas, discussions, actions, and recommendations Monitor inclusion metrics and prepare executive progress reports Requirements:
Seven or more years in DEI, Human Resources, or related fields Senior management or highly consultative operating experience Deep IDEA, change management, and systemic barriers expertise Experience guiding Employee Resource Groups and advisory councils Ability to influence senior executives without formal authority Apply strategic IDEA expertise, change leadership, and senior stakeholder management to advance inclusion at Definity.
