Lead AI engineering for Definity’s P&C insurance business, combining Python mastery with scalable machine learning and responsible AI expertise. Work in a flexible hybrid experience. As AI Engineering Lead, you will serve as a technical authority and strategic leader. Architect AI and data platforms, guide engineers and data scientists, and set technical direction across underwriting, pricing, claims, and customer experience. Build production-grade applications using LLMs, graph neural networks, computer vision, RAG pipelines, and agent-based workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term technical strategy for AI-driven business solutions
- Lead scalable, real-time AI system architecture and development
- Own fraud prevention data, modeling, and production workflows
