As a Co-op Analyst, Incident and Issue Management, you will work alongside senior analysts and engineers. You will monitor operational health, coordinate technical teams, investigate system issues, and translate data into executive presentations. The placement develops foundational ITSM, analytics, and corporate communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track aging incidents and coordinate delayed resolutions
- Gather timelines and help draft Root Cause Analysis reports
- Review change requests and track Change Advisory Board approvals
- Support release planning, ticket triage, and deployment documentation
- Analyze ITSM data to identify recurring system pain points
Requirements:
- Current enrollment in an accredited bachelor's co-op program
- Study in computer science, information technology, MIS, business, or related field
- Strong interest in enterprise cloud, infrastructure, and software delivery
- Microsoft Excel proficiency with pivot tables and basic charts
- Strong PowerPoint, communication, and presentation skills
