Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Intermediate Bodily Injury Claims
- Confirm liability and quantum through thorough investigations
- Maintain complete and detailed file records
- Attend mediations and pre-trials for effective resolution
- Collaborate with underwriting and leadership on claims
Requirements:
- 3 years of claims handling experience required
- University degree or college diploma, CIP designation is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm under pressure, adaptable to change
- Bilingualism is an asset
