Mutual Fund Operations Specialist (MyServ Reconciliation)
Location: 100% Onsite Downtown Toronto
Working hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Salary: $25- 30/hour
Our downtown Toronto client, a global investment leader, requires additional staff in their reconciliations department during a busy season. We are seeking a specialist with direct, hands-on experience reconciling mutual fund positions using MyServ. This role is focused exclusively on MyServ position and transaction reconciliation across a defined book of records.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience reconciling mutual fund positions in MyServ
- Strong accuracy in break resolution and exception management
- Ability to investigate discrepancies and validate positions against internal books of record
- High attention to detail and comfort working in fast paced operations environments
