Microsoft Intune and PowerShell specialists can engineer secure endpoints at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada during regular business hours. This hands-on position supports Windows and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle. The Endpoint Management Specialist independently delivers complex technical work across DHC and affiliated businesses. You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Defender for Endpoint, and related platforms. The work includes configuration, automation, security, escalation support, and technical mentorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and optimize endpoint management platforms
- Build and maintain Windows endpoint configurations
- Automate provisioning, deployment, patching, and compliance workflows
- Resolve complex issues and determine root causes
- Lead assigned endpoint initiatives through support transition
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Ten years of Information Technology experience, including five years in endpoint management
- Strong Microsoft Intune, Windows, Microsoft 365, and automation experience
- Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with ITSM incident, problem, and change management
- Apply endpoint engineering, PowerShell automation, and Microsoft security expertise to support reliable devices across DHC operations.
