De Beers Group is seeking Process Plant Operators for a fixed-term contract at the Gahcho Kué Mine in the Northwest Territories. These roles are ideal for motivated, safety-focused individuals eager to work in a world-class diamond mining environment. Operators will work a 14/14 fly-in/fly-out rotation, ensuring optimal plant operations and supporting the company’s commitment to safety and sustainability. The ideal candidates are team players with strong communication skills and a dedication to safe work practices.

What You’ll Need
- Experience on small mobile equipment
- Strong communication skills
- Proven commitment to Safety, Health and Environmental standards
- Ability to work a 14/14 rotation at a remote mine site
- Willingness to undergo background screening (criminal, credit, and qualification checks)

- Preference given to Members of the Deninu Kué, Lutsel K’e Dene First Nation, North Slave Métis Alliance, Northwest Territory Métis Nation, Tlicho Government, or Yellowknives Dene First Nation, followed by non-indigenous residents of the Northwest Territories
