We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements gathering by joining application design solutioning sessions with our architecture and development teams.
- Join daily agile meetings to work with the product owner and the POD team members.
- Facilitate gathering and design sessions with multiple stakeholders to extract requirements and turn them into use cases, user stories, sequence diagrams, etc. to meet development and stakeholder needs.
- Bridge the gap between business and IT, ensuring common understanding and IT/Business alignment of both functional (for business needs) and non-functional requirements (such as reporting, performance, interfaces, and constraints).
- Document in JIRA and Confluence, and work with developers for clarification.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant working experience, with 3+ years of BSA experience, preferably within FI/banking.
- 2+ years previous experience with bank online banking applications.
- 3+ years’ experience in API applications and documentation (JSON, XML) for data mapping.
- 3+ years’ experience within an Agile environment using JIRA/Confluence.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred.
