Maintenance Supervisor - 442A in Mississauga

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading food processing facility in the GTA region.

Pay

$100K - $120K

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electrical team, promoting accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for electrical troubleshooting and maintenance issues.
• Oversee site-wide maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and company policies.
• Drive initiatives to improve equipment reliability, maximize uptime, and reduce production downtime.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including work planning, scheduling, and MRO inventory management.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to support production and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate contractors, maintenance shutdowns, employee scheduling, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor team performance and support employee development, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide hands-on electrical support and participate in on-call coverage for electrical breakdowns as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
• Valid Industrial Electrician (442A) license required; 309A license considered an asset.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, TPM, process control, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Extensive experience in electrical and automation troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency with Allen-Bradley PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, Kinetix systems, and servo motors.
