  • Prepare performance reports and highlight risks, variances, and opportunities for review by the Project Controls Manager and Project Manager.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in project controls processes, working collaboratively with other project team members.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project controls (especially cost engineering), preferably within ship repair, shipbuilding, marine, or other complex industrial project environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance analysis.
  • Experience with project control systems (e. g., Oracle ERP) and data/reporting tools (e. g., Power BI).

  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Systems-oriented mindset with attention to data integrity.
