Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and model a customer-first culture across roles
- Assign shifts and manage the sales floor actively
- Coach selling skills, behaviors, and processes
- Monitor payroll, timesheets, inventory, and receiving processes
- Communicate goals and drive action through Chat Ins/Chat Outs
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or degree
- Two-four years of prior retail management experience
- Apparel or specialty store experience
- Prior computerized POS system experience
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 pounds
