Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and model a customer-first culture across store roles
- Assign shifts, review results, and provide performance feedback
- Coach team members on selling skills and processes
- Communicate daily sales goals and drive follow-up actions
- Monitor inventory, special orders, receiving, repairs, and merchandise standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or degree
- Two to four years of retail management experience
- Apparel or specialty store environment experience
- Prior experience with a computerized POS system
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
