Lead marketing planning, brand communications and community relations for Dauphin Consumers Co-op across Dauphin and Ste. Rose du Lac. Turn campaigns into measurable member engagement. As Marketing/Community Relations Manager, you will guide annual plans, budgets and promotional calendars for a locally owned, member-owned co-operative. You will manage brand consistency, digital channels and community partnerships while coordinating campaigns across food, home and building, petroleum and agricultural businesses. The role includes team development, communications and results reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing plans, budgets and promotional calendars
- Maintain consistent Co-op branding across communications and channels
- Lead campaigns from creative development through evaluation
- Oversee social media, websites, email and digital advertising

Requirements:
- Post-secondary marketing, communications, business education or equivalent experience
