As Marketing/Community Relations Manager, you will guide annual plans, budgets and promotional calendars for a locally owned, member-owned co-operative. You will manage brand consistency, digital channels and community partnerships while coordinating campaigns across food, home and building, petroleum and agricultural businesses. The role includes team development, communications and results reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual marketing plans, budgets and promotional calendars
- Maintain consistent Co-op branding across communications and channels
- Lead campaigns from creative development through evaluation
- Oversee social media, websites, email and digital advertising
- Build partnerships, coordinate events and measure outcomes
Requirements:
- Post-secondary marketing, communications, business education or equivalent experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible relevant experience
- Strong writing, editing and presentation skills
- Experience with digital marketing and creative production tools
- Ability to travel and attend occasional evening or weekend events
