Datmos brings together passionate experts who combine creativity and data to craft inspiring eCommerce experiences. Driven by a shared passion for excellence, we help visionary brands grow by aligning commerce strategy, digital experience, and technology implementation to deliver innovative, data-driven digital commerce solutions.
You will play a key role in supporting our customers through the ambitious design of Product Experience Management (PXM) and Product Information Management (PIM) strategies. Actively bridging the gap between business vision and technical execution, you will lead the discovery, definition, and functional alignment of enterprise-level catalog and commerce ecosystems. Whether you come from a Senior Product Owner background, a Senior Business Analyst background (ERP/E-commerce), or you are a Catalog Management expert, we care about your ability to lead clients through complex data transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Facilitation & Workshop Leadership: Lead client discovery workshops to gather complex business requirements, map current and future business processes, and align multi-functional stakeholders.
- Functional Direction & Business Translation: Translate high-level business goals into clear functional specifications, roadmaps, and actionable guidance for the technical and development teams.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Communications: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for clients and the main point of contact for technical architects, simplifying complexity and resolving ambiguities.
- Delivery Coordination & Validation: Oversee delivery roadmaps, define objectives, manage backlogs, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and solution validation to ensure data structures meet client business standards.
- Continuous Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and KPIs related to catalog health, data governance, and channel readiness to recommend long-term PXM best practices.
Profile & Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience as a Senior Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or PXM Strategic Consultant in enterprise e-commerce environments.
- Proven experience leading client-facing workshops, stakeholder facilitation, and mapping business processes.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, think in systems, and understand dependencies across e-commerce ecosystems (ERP, CRM, PIM).
- Solid understanding of product data structures, catalog operations, attributes, or content governance.
- Deep expertise in Akeneo PIM is a major asset. Experience with other enterprise PIMs (Salsify, inRiver, Pimcore) or complex ERP/catalog structures combined with a readiness to specialize in Akeneo will also be highly valued.
- Strong coordination skills with a track record of driving roadmaps and solution validation (UAT).
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of building trust with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and French is a strong asset for North American collaboration.
Benefits - Join Datmos and:
- Reach your full potential: Challenge yourself by working with major groups and well-known brands in North America (e.g., Group CH, Five Below, Skullcandy, Yeti Cycles, Casper, Jackson Mountain Resort, and many others), as well as with renowned digital partners such as Bloomreach, Shopify, Big Commerce, Akeneo, Klaviyo, Adobe, etc.
- Contribute to the evolution of our vision: Bring your innovative ideas and expert perspective.
- Learn from the best: Come work with over 100 certified experts in one of the most recognized agencies in the market.
- Push yourself by developing your expertise: Access all the certifications you want and train while being paid.
