Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with BC Child Care Licensing Regulations
- Provide pedagogical leadership based on the BC Early Learning Framework
- Recruit, mentor, and supervise ECE staff effectively
- Implement a play-based curriculum with Montessori principles
- Foster family partnerships and community engagement
Requirements:
- Valid BC Early Childhood Educator Certificate
- 3–5 years leadership experience in childcare
- Strong knowledge of licensing and regulatory compliance
- Current First Aid certification and Criminal Record Check
- Experience with culturally inclusive programming preferred
