You will develop concepts, coordinate interactive moments, and deliver hosted rooms that support relationships and pipeline. Success depends on balancing guest experience, budgets, vendor scopes, and event-day execution. Key Responsibilities:
Shape event concepts, themes, hospitality touches, and branded experiences Make DashQ's product tangible through demos and customer-led moments Partner with Sales and Customer Success on intentional guest composition Own sponsorship deliverables, exhibitor portals, signage, scanners, and collateral Capture customer conversations, interviews, testimonials, recaps, and behind-the-scenes content Requirements:
Five or more years in experiential marketing, brand activations, or similar roles Hands-on experience producing in-person events and customer experiences Ability to make technical products feel real and credible Commercial awareness in relationship-driven business-to-business sales environments Comfort directing vendors, hosting guests, and managing changing plans Use experiential marketing, customer storytelling, and polished production to make DashQ credible in every room it enters.
