Lead conferences and executive experiences from DashQ's Ottawa office, using project management, vendor coordination, and onsite production expertise. This hybrid role requires travel. As Project Manager, Events & Experiences, you will plan and deliver conferences, hosted dinners, customer events, and branded activations. You will coordinate Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, executives, customers, designers, logistics partners, and vendors. The work connects commercial objectives with polished in-person experiences for multifamily decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead anchor conferences from initial brief through post-event wrap-up
- Build production plans, budgets, timelines, staffing, and run-of-show documents
- Produce dinners, executive gatherings, customer events, and VIP experiences
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, check-in, seating, hospitality, and follow-up
- Coordinate venues, AV, booths, catering, photography, and branded materials
Requirements:
- Five or more years in project management or event production
- Hands-on experience planning and delivering in-person events
- Strength with vendors, venues, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution
- Calm, resourceful, warm, confident, and polished in person
- Comfort representing DashQ externally and hosting event guests
- Bring structured project management and commercial event production skills to DashQ's conferences and experiences in Ottawa and beyond.
