As Production Supervisor, you will report to the Production Manager and supervise a rendering production facility. The position leads hourly employees, supports staff development, and promotes process improvements. You will also coordinate training, monitor performance, and support operational and capital improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead hourly production employees across the rendering facility
- Promote health and safety activities and annual planning
- Monitor production performance and generate related reports
- Support projects and operational improvements assigned by management
- Coach employees through training, mentoring, and team meetings
Requirements:
- Three to five years supervisory experience in manufacturing production
- Experience coaching employees and promoting teamwork approaches
- Excellent organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills; Oracle or Kronos knowledge beneficial
- Ability to work rotating day and night shifts
