Administer Microsoft 365 and troubleshoot Windows endpoints as an IT Systems Administrator supporting 300+ global users onsite in North Vancouver.
DarkVision Technologies Inc. is expanding its IT team with a hands-on, regular full-time administrator. You will support Microsoft 365, identity, security, endpoints, and infrastructure. The position involves Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, and Windows endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Microsoft 365 environments for 300+ global users
- Administer endpoints, identity, security, and infrastructure environments
- Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft Office issues
- Assist with networking, business applications, and IT security
- Document operations and resolve support requests independently
Requirements:
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Exchange Online
- Experience with Intune and Windows Endpoint Management
- Knowledge of MFA, SSO, Conditional Access, and security concepts
- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
- PowerShell, Cisco Meraki, or TrueNAS experience is an asset
