Review, draft, and negotiate customer contracts, MSAs, and NDAs Advise teams on liability, indemnities, intellectual property, and data rights Support international corporate matters and local regulatory requirements Improve contract templates, tracking, processes, technology, and AI use Requirements:
Law Society of British Columbia membership or eligibility Commercial agreement drafting, review, and negotiation experience Ability to assess legal risk within commercial opportunities Clear communication of legal issues to non-lawyers Organization managing multiple priorities independently Bring commercial judgment, contract expertise, and practical counsel to DarkVision’s international technology operations in North Vancouver.
