Support D&H customers through sales service, order processing, and professional communication in a hybrid role based in Toronto, Harrisburg, or Tampa.
This customer-facing Sales Support Specialist works with sales teams to support satisfaction, revenue generation, goal achievement, and long-term business goals. The position combines incoming call management, customer service, product information, CRM updates, and account support. You will process orders and returns while supporting assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls, emails, and instant messages
- Provide pricing, inventory, ETA, and product information
- Process orders, returns, bids, and quotes
- Update customer activities in the CRM tool
- Support sales representatives and assigned accounts
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- One to three years of office or call center customer service experience
