Advance Bioprocess solutions sales from a remote home office across Northeast US and Eastern Canada. Cytiva seeks strong commercial and analytical expertise. This Business Development Manager leads growth and expansion of direct sales, profit margins, and Learning Solutions revenue. You will engage executive and technical stakeholders while addressing customers’ economic, regulatory, clinical, and operational challenges. The role sits within Cytiva’s Bioprocess organization and reports to the Director of Sales for Enterprise Solutions in USCAN. Key Responsibilities:
Grow direct sales and profitable margins across assigned accounts Drive Learning Solutions portfolio sales with Account Managers Understand competitive environments and evolving Bioprocess offerings Network with KOLs and share thought leadership as Solutions expert Track opportunities and help meet assigned sales targets Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or minimum seven years biotech or biopharma selling experience Proven selling, services, and promotion experience with senior stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, analytical, teamwork, and relationship-building capabilities Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight within US and Canada Bring outcome-focused ownership, commercial judgment, and Bioprocess knowledge to Cytiva’s remote USCAN sales organization.
