Drive Integrated Solutions growth remotely across Northeast US and Eastern Canada through customer-centric sales and strategic relationship building. Support Cytiva's Bioprocess organization.
As Business Development Manager, you will expand direct sales and profitable margins within assigned accounts and territories. You will develop Solutions deals, support Learning Solutions revenue, and understand customer challenges across economic, regulatory, clinical, and operational areas. The position reports to the Director of Sales for Enterprise Solutions in USCAN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive Solutions deals from lead through contract signature
- Build professional relationships with key customer account personnel
- Represent Cytiva at conferences, tradeshows, webinars, and trainings
- Forecast opportunities in CRM and contribute to commercial plans
- Grow Learning Solutions revenue and achieve annual order targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or seven years selling experience in biotech or biopharma
- Sales, services, and promotion experience with executive and technical stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simply
- Strong teamwork, relationship-building, commercial, and analytical skills
- Ability to travel 30–50% and maintain an acceptable driving record
