Reporting to the Dean, the Communications and Marketing Manager leads communications, marketing, and digital engagement initiatives. You will create content, promote faculty achievements, and support recruitment marketing. The position manages digital channels while advising senior leadership and supporting the Faculty's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic communications, marketing, and storytelling initiatives
- Research, write, edit, and produce cross-platform content
- Promote achievements of students, researchers, faculty, staff, and alumni
- Lead integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Manage websites, social media, advertising, and multimedia content
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field
- Approximately three to five years of progressive communications and marketing experience
- Experience developing strategic communications, digital marketing, and brand initiatives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, websites, and analytics
