As a Human Resources Coordinator, your role encompasses comprehensive administrative support across our three properties: the hotel, golf link, and thermal spa. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, handle payroll processing, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. Ideal candidates will be organized, approachable, and discreet in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintain and update accurate employee records
- Support training, performance management, and engagement initiatives
- Process bi-weekly payroll and related HR administration
- Collaborate with management on employee relations issues
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in HR or Business Administration
- Previous HR experience in hospitality or service
- Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
