Join Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This role focuses on preventative maintenance and repairs to maintain operational excellence for our world-class thermal spa.
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll work to ensure safe and reliable operations throughout Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa. You will perform inspections, repairs, and promptly respond to maintenance requests. Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems is crucial in maintaining the comfort and safety of our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and inspections
- Respond promptly to work orders and equipment alarms
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently
- Support the operation of thermal systems and pools
- Maintain accurate logs and equipment history
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fireman Boiler Operator Certificate required
- Refrigeration and Pool Operators Certificate preferred
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work flexible hours and physically demanding tasks
