The Accounts Payable Analyst processes supplier, trucking, and subcontractor transactions. The position requires strong Excel skills, analytical problem solving, and customer service. It also supports payments, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions
- Perform three-way purchase order and invoice matching
- Reconcile delivery tickets, rates, quantities, and billings
- Prepare weekly and monthly EFT, wire, and cheque payments
- Generate Excel reports, analyses, and data uploads
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of Accounts Payable experience
- Postsecondary Accounting or Finance education
- Strong Excel lookups, pivots, and data management skills
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and customer-service-oriented approach
