Lead construction projects across Toronto and the GTA using project management, customer communication, and civil infrastructure expertise. Travel to various job sites as required. Reporting to the Estimating Manager, the Construction Project Manager coordinates with Estimating and Construction teams. The role manages contracts, customer relationships, logistics, receivables, and project financial details. It supports Crupi’s construction operations and customer commitments. Key Responsibilities:
Manage awarded and assigned construction contracts Attend site meetings and coordinate project schedules Identify and price extra work and change orders Resolve contract disputes with customers and third parties Coordinate invoicing, collections, accruals, and quantities Requirements:
Five-plus years of road construction or civil infrastructure experience Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build customer relationships Reliable vehicle and ability to travel throughout Toronto and the GTA PMP certification is an asset Apply construction project management, customer communication, and contract expertise while supporting Crupi projects throughout Toronto and the GTA.
