Description: Provide comprehensive nursing care to women and children. Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans. Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention. Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed. Document care provided and patient progress accurately in electronic health records. Participate in staff meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Maintain a safe and clean working environment. Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
