    • Work with Account Managers on account mapping to identify strategic targets and expansion opportunities.
    • Ensure a developed and repeatable demo, presentation, and proof-of-concept (PoC) process is in place for all key MSSP service lines.
    • Identify and promote regional cross-pollination of services by replicating successful implementations across new or underserved markets.
    • Lead technical components of RFP responses, including solution architecture, bid strategy, and SOW development.
    • Manage technical objections by proactively researching client-specific needs and solution nuances, turning potential barriers into opportunities through value-driven insights and differentiated technical capabilities.

    • Develop solution comparison frameworks and conduct competitive analysis to support positioning and differentiation.
    • Conduct continuous research on threat actor behavior, cybersecurity tactics, and evolving threat landscapes.
  • Customer Relationship Management
