Coordinate construction bids for Cutting Edge Consulting Inc. using document control, scheduling, and detailed reporting across Yukon and other regions. Support accurate, timely submissions.
The Estimating Coordinator supports estimating and project teams through administrative bid coordination. You will organize tender packages, manage deadlines, track opportunities, and maintain consistent estimating records. The position reports to the Estimating Manager and works closely with the Business Development Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, organize, and archive tender documents
- Maintain bid calendars and internal submission schedules
- Track revisions, addenda, deadlines, and bidding portal updates
- Assemble compliant proposals with forms and supporting documents
- Produce bid status and win-loss reports
Requirements:
- Minimum one year administrative, coordination, or document-control experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organization and time management across multiple deadlines
- Accurate, detail-focused document handling and reporting
- Clear written communication for leadership summaries
